Sonya Henderson
Sonya Henderson is managing partner at Henderson, Raque, and Cain. She has been serving the citizens of Tennessee for over 20 years. She focuses her practice on personal injury, workers compensation, wrongful death, sexual harassment, and family law. She can skillfully represent clients in both federal and state courts.

William Cain
William R. Cain aggressively advocates for the interests of his clients while maintaining a high degree of competency and proficiency. William R. Cain is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Nashville School of Law.
While at MTSU, William earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. William has served Henderson, Raque, and Cain as a Paralegal for over two years prior to becoming an attorney at the firm and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Rutherford County Bar Association. William R. Cain aggressively advocates for the interests of his clients while maintaining a high degree of competency and proficiency. William invests his services in the local community by volunteering with local pro bono legal clinics and is licensed and admitted to practice in all Tennessee State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
William serves a wide variety of clients through his focus in the areas of family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, juvenile law, and personal injury.

Whitney Raque
Whitney Henderson Raque (pronounced rocky) is a native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She has established her career focusing on the areas of criminal defense, juvenile law, domestic relations (divorce, child custody, child support, etc), employment law, personal injury, and general practice. She is a Rule 31 listed family law mediator. Whitney is a young, aggressive attorney who will fight for you! She is diligent, efficient, quick-witted, and will work hard to get the results you desire.
She is up-to-date on all of the new advances in technology that allows her and clients to easily communicate, send documents, and the like. She is never too busy for her clients and makes each one a priority. She prides herself in being able to return calls and e-mails within 24 hours because each and every case and client, no matter how big or small, are all important.
In 2008, Whitney graduated from Middle Tennessee State University. While at MTSU, she interned with Rutherford County’s 16th Judicial District’s District Attorney General’s Office. She is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law. While attending Nashville School of Law, she worked as a paralegal for Sonya W. Henderson for 4 years.
Whitney is a current member of the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, Murfreesboro Downtown Barrister’s Lions Club, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Lawyers Association for Women.
